Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

You can return a product within 30 days of the date of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Package the Product: Carefully package the product in its original packaging with all components, accessories, and documentation.

Refunds

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when the product is returned with missing components or shows signs of wear.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. However, if the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will refund the return shipping costs.

Defective or Incorrect Products
